Clovis Kabaseke's career has been dedicated to advancing sustainable agriculture, biodiversity conservation, climate resilience, and community transformation in Uganda and across Africa. His work bridges research, education, policy engagement, and practical field implementation, with a strong commitment to improving livelihoods while safeguarding natural ecosystems.

Following his retirement from Mountains of the Moon University after a distinguished career spanning many years in academic and leadership roles, Clovis devoted his full attention to developing the Triple F Agroecology Demonstration and Research Centre, a platform where research, innovation, education, and practical demonstration come together to strengthen agroecological knowledge and build green skills.

Clovis is the originator of the Triple F (Food, Feed, Forest) Agroecology Model, an integrated framework demonstrating how crop production, livestock, forestry, biodiversity conservation, climate resilience, and rural enterprise can complement one another within the same landscape.

He coordinated climate resilience initiatives that established the Geo Observer Network, an innovation that contributed to the nomination of Mountains of the Moon University for the D4D Prize, and he chaired regional platforms promoting agroecology across the Rwenzori region. His work has reached wider audiences through documentary films, including Symbiosis, The Man from the Mountains of the Moon (Al Jazeera), and The Mpan'Game (Afromaison), for which he also designed the educational game featured in the film.

He continues to mentor students, researchers, farmers, institutions, and development partners in applying agroecological principles to build resilient livelihoods and contribute to sustainable development.
